奇迹，是一家工作室性质的女装买手店。其物业位于重庆市观音桥商圈步行街的一处两层临街商铺，俏皮优雅有趣，展现着都市女性迷人而充满个性的衣品追求。

Miracle is a boutique-style women’s fashion-buying studio tucked into a two-storey street-front shop on the pedestrian mall in Chongqing’s Guanyinqiao district. Playful yet polished, it celebrates the urban woman’s quest for a wardrobe that is as alluring as it is individual.

Being Seen

As a pure concept store, the buyer’s sensibility and taste define the store’s very attitude toward life and articulate its singular style and aspirations to the world.

“可以穿去上班的个性女装”，是奇迹主理人对买手店所经营的服装最直接的定义。“可以穿去上班”，决定了其相对正式且干练的着装需求，如此目标人群也便更偏向于高品质高需求的职场女性。但同时，它依然是“个性的”。个性意味着更多的特色被赋予，更多的个性得到张扬，更多的细节能够被看见。

“Work-ready statement womenswear” is how Miracle’s founder sums up the boutique’s selection. “Work-ready” sets the bar: polished, sharp, cut for high-achieving professionals who demand quality and performance. Yet it is still “statement” dressing—meaning every piece carries a twist of character, gives individuality room to speak, and invites the eye to linger on every considered detail.

而这种在日常的工作场合之下，依然不愿意放弃自我个性表达的态度，便是奇迹买手店最重要的理念输出。这即是一种不向世俗潮流妥协的姿态，也是职场女性对于美好生活最有力量的表达。如果说，每一个男人至死都是少年。那么我认为，每一个女生，也永远都需要被温暖、被甜蜜。至此，甜蜜、温暖、严谨的主题被赋予给了奇迹。

This refusal to mute one’s individuality—even under the fluorescent hush of the everyday office—is Miracle’s core message to the world: a quiet defiance of passing trends and the most potent way a professional woman can declare her appetite for a beautiful life. If every man, it is said, dies a boy at heart, then every woman, we believe, forever deserves to be warmed and sweetened. On that conviction Miracle stakes its identity: sweet, warm, exacting.

Sweetness

No woman can resist sweetness; if she seems to, it’s only because the sugar hasn’t yet reached her heart.

于是，一个硕大的粉色棒棒糖被斜放在了门头之上。发光的丝带串联起物理结构并不算完整的上下两层空间。每一个过路的游客，都会被眼前这颗甜甜的棒棒糖所吸引。这无疑是最好的视觉输出，在这个即没有漂亮VI加持，也没有品牌背书的小店面前，我们所能感受到的便是这一丝丝的甜蜜。也正因为这份甜蜜，它将被关注，被吸引。

So we planted an outsized pink lollipop, tilted like a wink across the façade. A glowing ribbon threads it through the fractured levels above and below, stitching the half-finished architecture into one continuous confection. Every passer-by is arrested by this single, sugary beacon. With no polished VI and no brand pedigree to lean on, the shop has only this whisper of sweetness to offer—yet that whisper is enough. Because of it, eyes linger, feet slow, and the store is seen.

Warmth

温暖，无疑是柔软的、放松的、自愈的状态。每一个女生都渴望被温暖呵护，职场女性也一样。因此，我们的空间设计过程中避免了刻意去迎合职场感所带来的冷峻和严肃。而是从需求者内心出发，让奇迹，成为她们愿意停留，愿意倾诉的一处温暖港湾。哪怕是午歇，又或是下班后的真空时间，可以把自己安放在这里，成为生活的一部分。

Warmth is soft, unguarded, quietly restorative. Every woman—high-powered or otherwise—longs to be held in it. So we refused the chill that “professional” often implies: no marble slabs, no steel edges, no hush of corporate reverence. Instead, we built Miracle from the inside out, starting with what its women actually feel. The result is a harbor where they can exhale, speak freely, fold themselves into the day for fifteen stolen minutes at lunch or the slow hour after clock-out. It isn’t a store inserted into life; it is life, gently paused, inside the store.

于是，整个空间的表层，被赋予了一种质朴且温暖的质感。而这些略显粗砺的艺术涂料与细腻的粉色交融在一起，又会产生另一种视觉反应。这便是我们想要传递的即温暖，又甜蜜的感受。同时，得以让室内外的视觉关系得到适度的平衡。

We wrapped the entire space in a finish that feels raw yet tender—artisan plaster, slightly pitted, breathing warmth. Where this coarse skin meets the delicate blush of pink, a new visual chemistry sparks: sweetness tempered by earthiness, softness anchored by grit. The result is exactly the sensation we want to transmit—warm and sugared at once—while quietly equalizing the glance between inside and street.

Precision

A rigorous spatial layout is the inner skeleton of the entire building—the non-negotiable baseline that career women uphold while chasing individuality. Precise garment cutting, stitching, fabric selection, and color matching mirror, point for point, the exactitude of this layout: the meticulous detailing of every joint, the calibrated pairing of every material and tone.

何况在这原本就很异型且狭长的建筑空间里，如何带给品质消费者完美的购物体验是我们需要解决的根本问题。所以，在抛开所有视觉感受后，建筑空间的合理分布，才是此次设计的核心。

And in a site already narrow, irregular, and unforgiving, delivering a flawless shopping experience to quality-seeking customers is the fundamental brief. Strip away every visual flourish and the core of this design becomes brutally clear: the disciplined choreography of space.

首先，我们把原一层外部异型空间（漏斗型）改造成一个圆形的入户门厅，成为一个灰色的缓冲空间。作为临街铺面，且在没有更多展开面的情况下，我们通过退后的空间设计，以及曲线、星空、球型的处理手法，营造出了柔软且极具仪式感的入户场景。而入户后，我们将得到一个相对规整的方形建筑空间，所以我们将这一区域作为了主要的服装陈列展示区，从而强化了其女装买手店的属性。

First, we transformed the original, wedge-shaped forecourt on the ground floor into a circular vestibule—a gray, cushion-like threshold. With no room to expand along the street, we stepped the façade inward and wrapped it in curves, starlight, and a hovering sphere, crafting an entrance that is both tender and ceremonial. Beyond this soft portal, the plan snaps into a clean, orthogonal volume; here we place the principal display zone, sharpening the store’s identity as a women’s concept boutique.

其次，我们需要解决的是建筑最末端的空。该空间相比于外观部分，是一个更大的漏斗型看空间。在这个空间里，我们将两层建筑空间作为了一个整体来思考，用最为异型的部分裁剪出了上下楼梯的动线关系，并依托此动线，划分出了服务台、试衣间、储藏间、等候区、工作室、卫生间、酒水吧台等功能空间。并通过尺规作图的方式，在这一空间中找到了其平行对称的重构关系。得以让使用者在身处其中时，不再受原本混乱异型的建筑空间所影响。

Next, we confronted the void at the far end of the building—a larger, inverted-funnel space that dwarfed the entrance. Treating both storeys as a single volume, we carved the most irregular slice to host the stair. That cut simultaneously generated a clear vertical circulation spine and allowed us to slot in the service desk, fitting rooms, storage, lounge, studio, restroom and drinks bar along its edges. Using classical geometric construction, we uncovered a latent parallel-symmetry inside the warped shell; once reconstructed, the once-chaotic space now reads as calm and ordered, so anyone inside feels the architecture rather than its former distortion.

最后，在作为整个建筑空间中最为规整、视野最好、且采光最优的二层空间，我们结合了工作室的性质，将VIP接待区域设置其中。这不仅给予了消费者最好的空间体验，也将其空间功能与办公区、水吧区相结合，满足了更为便利的使用动线及服务流程。大大的飘窗台，也并非是原生建筑的一部分，而是为了满足安放一层门厅电动卷帘门设备而产生的包裹空间。但，我们又一次将功能需求与建筑空间形态进行了相完美结合。同时，与建筑空间一体成型的飘窗关系，又为狭长的建筑空间营造出了适度的缓冲关系，它更像是空间尽头里的一幅立体画框，而画面的内容，便是这城市车水马龙的繁华。

Finally, the second floor—geometrically the most disciplined, visually the most commanding, and bathed in the best daylight—was re-imagined as a hybrid studio and VIP lounge. By grafting reception onto workspace and bar, we folded all service flows into one effortless circuit. The generous bay window is not a remnant of the original structure but a necessary enclosure for the motorized roller shutter of the ground-floor vestibule; once again, utilitarian demand was sculpted into architectural form. Cast as a single, continuous gesture from wall to seat, the bay becomes a three-dimensional picture frame at the terminus of the long interior, its living canvas the ceaseless surge of city life beyond.
